I bought 2 of these and neither one worked. After much back and forth with the help team, I finally received 2 new ones and they work great. Small and compact so it fits just about anywhere.

Mine works

I bought this for my husband. Unfortunately it came with no instructions so we're just guessing at how to use it but it seems to be working ok. We plugged it into the wall charger for approximately 3 hours. The little triangles on the front lit up blue and flashing, they eventually stopped flashing I think. He threw it in his laptop bag to try out later. When his phone battery was low the next day at the airport, he plugged this into the phone and said it seemed to be charging his phone. Within 20 mins or so, his phone was up to about 25% power (started around 5%). He recharged the device that night in his hotel and used it again two days later when he needed extra battery in the car.
